Konami Gaming has entered into casino management partnerships with Southern California gaming destinations Spotlight 29 Casino and Tortoise Rock Casino.
Under each agreement, Konami will provide the two properties with its SYNKROS casino management system. This will cover a combined 33 table games and over 1,400 gaming machines at the two locations.
The deal extends an existing relationship between Konami and the Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians, the owner of both venues.
According to Konami, SYNKROS will support the two properties across areas including multi-site functionality, marketing and rewards. Konami expects to roll out the new system at some point this summer.
Casinos Eye Customer-Friendly Experience with Konami
Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians Chairman Darrell Mike spoke positively about the extended partnership. He said rolling out SYNKROS at the two properties will help to improve the overall customer experience.
“The move is the first step towards creating a more customer-friendly experience and personalized service for each of our 29 Rewards Loyalty Club members,” he said. “They can seamlessly play, earn points and choose how to use those points across our Tribe’s two casinos and Shelee’s Travel Center.”
Konami Gaming Vice President of Systems Sales Randy Caron also welcomed the double deal. He said it will offer players the best opportunity to experience and maximize loyalty rewards.
“Whether visiting the blackjack table at Spotlight 29 Casino, or spinning the newest slots at Tortoise Rock Casino, patrons can earn points in real time, to use across a wide mix of amenities exclusive to the tribe’s offering,” Caron said.
