Konami Plans ICE Product Launches

Konami Gaming plans a number of new product releases as part of its display at next week’s ICE Totally Gaming trade show.

Slot manufacturer Konami Gaming announced a collection of international product releases to be shown for the first time during ICE Totally Gaming at ExCeL London next week.

“Over the past year, Konami has achieved continued momentum across Europe, especially for the SeleXion multi-game product with advanced language settings and operator-configurable game packages,” said Matt Reback, vice president, marketing at Konami.

The Podium Monument cabinet and the hybrid Rapid Revolver format are among the products to be shown internationally for the first time. In addition, the company will feature international game titles available across Konami’s full cabinet lineup, including its popular SeleXion multi-game and extra-large Podium Goliath.

“Versatility and variety are two key factors for our development strategy internationally,” said Reback. “Konami has earned a reputation for reliability and performance, allowing our customers to recognize more value from our products at each and every gaming position.”

Each SeleXion machine at ICE 2015 will showcase different game packages for Spain, Sweden, Holland and other unique configurations according to jurisdiction, including a variety of new multi-language, multi-currency titles like Inari Riches, Exotic Princess, Glamorous Peacock, Spellbound Princess and Solstice Celebration.

Konami will also bring its tall-top Podium Monument cabinet and video/mechanical hybrid machine Rapid Revolver to ICE for the first time.

“Our first international release on Podium Monument is an arctic sports-themed game called Snow Stars: White Winter, and our two debut titles on Rapid Revolver are Rising Dragon and Northern Treasure,” said Reback. “Both machines demonstrate our continued commitment to robust game content combined with novel entertainment experiences that empower casino operators to get more from their floor.”

Konami’s ICE exhibit will also include a hands-on demonstration environment for its Synkros casino management system, so guests can explore a variety of features and technology including True-Time Windowing, True-Time Tournaments, and Advanced Incentives Bonusing.

“ICE is among the top gaming industry events that we are proud to attend each year,” Reback said. “It’s a meeting point for casino gaming representatives from across the globe, and we look forward to sharing what’s next for each of these exciting markets.”
