Konami Gaming announced the launch of its Synkros casino management system at Lac Courte Oreilles Casino Lodge & Convention Center and its outpost location Grindstone Creek Casino, both operated by the Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior Chippewa in Hayward, Wisconsin. The properties feature a combined 700 slots as well as table games.
“Our key focus across all areas of the organization is guest service, and Konami’s Synkros provides that core technology piece that brings everything together and empowers our team to deliver a premier gaming experience every day,” said Lee Harden, chief executive officer of Lac Courte Oreilles Casino Lodge & Convention Center. “The benefits of Synkros’ advanced marketing capabilities, 99.9 percent uptime availability and agile infrastructure are already in motion, and looking ahead, we are most encouraged by Konami’s dependable partnership, support, and commitment to stand by our business.”
Synkros was selected to replace the organization’s existing casino management system. LCO Casino and Grindstone Creek Casino will now have access to robust multi-site management tools, advanced reporting features, player loyalty benefits, customizable marketing programs and more.
“LCO is taking the lead as the first casino in Wisconsin to bring Synkros’ unique features and technology to their players,” said Ross O’Hanley, vice president, North American sales at Konami Gaming, Inc. “LCO’s leadership and team members are committed to ensuring the best guest experience for their players. With Synkros, we are able to fully support their current business needs, while laying the foundation for future opportunities.”
