Ladbrokes plc announced several non-executive board changes last week.
It announced that Mark Clare had been appointed as senior independent director (SID) and chairman of the Social Responsibility Committee; Stevie Spring was appointed as independent non-executive director and chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
The current non-executive directors of Ladbrokes plc, Sly Bailey and David Martin, have stepped down from the Ladbrokes Board.
