Ladbrokes Introduces Omni-wallet

Ladbrokes has introduced a new payment plan using the bookmaker’s loyalty card called the omni-wallet. Ladbrokes customers can choose to have their winnings added to their omni-wallet or collect them in cash, and all shop and online customers can now deposit and withdraw funds to and from their omni-wallet in Ladbrokes betting shops.

Ladbrokes has launched a new omni-wallet feature for managing customer’s accounts.

The omni-wallet is facilitated by the company’s loyalty card “The Grid” and “The Grid” retail companion App, and will enable customers to access their Ladbrokes.com single wallet across all of Ladbrokes’ retail products, the company said in a press release.

Ladbrokes customers can choose to have their winnings instantly added to their omni-wallet or collect them in cash, and all shop and online customers can now deposit and withdraw funds to and from their omni-wallet in Ladbrokes betting shops, the release said.

It also includes responsible gambling mechanisms including controls and monitoring of spending levels and enhanced cross-channel deposit limits. The wallet can also be used to include customers’ personal filters through the setting of specific spend alerts and controls, the release said.

The feature is expected to be fully live at all Ladbrokes facilities by mid-December.
