Landing Directors to Resign

Bao Jinqiao and Li Mingfa, non-executive board members of Landing International Development Ltd., will leave the board to “devote more time for their personal commitments.”

In a filing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Landing reported the imminent departures. The two have served on the audit committee, the nomination committee and the remuneration committee.

Their exit means that the number of independent non-executive directors and members of the board committees will fall below the minimum number required, and so “the company is in the process of identifying suitable candidates to fill the casual vacancy after their retirement.”
