Dawn Lazo recently was named vice president of food and beverage at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa, Florida. Most recently, for nearly four years, Lazo served as vice president of food and beverage for Seminole Casino Coconut Creek, where she led 12 departments with 73 managers and 700 team members.
Lazo’s career in casino food and beverage casino began as a food server at the Lakeside Inn Casino in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. She held positions with Boyd Gaming and Sands Gaming in Las Vegas, and worked for Station Casinos for nine years, helping to open Sunset Station and the award-winning 4-diamond Green Valley Ranch.
Lazo also previously worked at the Silverton Lodge & Casino in Las Vegas and served as director of food and beverage at Seminole Hard Rock Tampa for nearly three years.
