Bally’s has announced Levy as the exclusive food and beverage partner for its soon-to-open Bally’s Chicago Casino Resort in Illinois.
Levy will oversee the curation, development and operations of all food and beverage experiences at the location. The hospitality specialist is also based in Chicago.
The new partnership will see Levy work with Vibrant Development Group, Bally’s strategic development advisor on the project. It will create culinary program designed to celebrate the Illinois city.
Once open, Bally’s Chicago Casino Resort will feature a range of restaurants and bars. Other amenities will include a casino, hotel, rooftop pool and spa.
‘Natural Choice’ for Bally’s Chicago
Bally’s Chairman Soo Kim welcomed the new partnership. Kim said Bally’s saw Levy as the “natural” choice to take on the exclusive role.
“In collaboration with Vibrant, we are dedicated to developing a culinary program that honors Chicago’s rich and diverse food heritage, while enhancing the guest experience through locally inspired, world-class hospitality at the new Bally’s Chicago Casino Resort,” Kim said.
