In an announcement February 12, the company said that it will also extend other management services to the Michael J Gaughan Airport Slot Concession Inc slot floors at the airport, including IT support, infrastructure management and more.
“Light & Wonder is committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions that redefine the gaming experience,” L&W’s President of Global Systems and Service at Light & Wonder Jon Wolfe said in a statement. “Our systems solution is designed to elevate casino hospitality and improve customer service to deliver an unparalleled level of player satisfaction.”
“Choosing Light & Wonder as our systems provider was a decision rooted in their next-level customer support,” added Patricia Ross, general manager of Gaughan’s Airport Slot Concession. “Their commitment to excellence extends beyond leading-edge technology and supports our goal of delivering an exceptional player experience.”
The company said it expects its management solution to go live in the airport beginning in the second quarter of this year.
