Live! Casino & Hotel in Hanover, Maryland has promoted Patricia Dawn to director of payroll, scheduling and human resources information systems. Previously she was payroll and scheduling manager. She joined the property in 2015.
In her new position, Dawn will oversee teams responsible for payroll, centralized scheduling, labor controls and HRIS. She was nominated for Leader/Director of the Year and served on the 15-member Get Live! Leadership Team, responsible for implementing changes and improving guest service for the entire organization.
Dawn was payroll/scheduling coordinator at Belterra Park Gaming and Entertainment Center in Cincinnati, Ohio and also spent 15 years supporting business operations, executive leadership, customer service and office management at corporations in Kentucky.
