LVCVA Unloads 10-Acre Strip Plot for $125 Million

The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority has sold its 10-acre, Strip-facing plot (l.) to developers Brett Torino and Paul Kanavos for a price of $125 million, $5 million more than the sum previously agreed to with Chilean investor Claudio Fischer, before Fischer pulled out of the deal in January.
