Ainsworth Game Technology (AGT) has announced that longtime finance executive Lynn Mah has been promoted to the role of chief financial officer, effective January 1 of next year.
Mah replaces Mark Ludski, who has held the position since 2000. He will stay on as company secretary in order to help facilitate the transition, according to the company.
Having first joined the company back in 2007, Mah previously served as group finance manager before accepting the recent promotion.
AGT Chairman Danny Gladstone said in a statement, “We congratulate Lynn on her appointment to the role of CFO; I am confident she has the necessary attributes to provide significant value to the group in her new role as CFO.
“She is a highly competent and effective finance executive, and her skills are well suited to the opportunities ahead. We look forward to working with her in her expanded role,” he added.
