Brian Mattingley is stepping down as 888 Holdings Inc. CEO to become the executive chairman of the company.
Mattingley will replace Richard Kilsby, who has served as executive chairman of 888 for nine years.
“Richard has shown outstanding leadership during his nine-year tenure as chairman, which has seen 888 grow and develop significantly,” Mattingley said in a press release. “I would like to extend my personal thanks for Richard’s unwavering dedication and counsel during my time as chief executive of 888.”
Meanwhile, 888 has also announced that John Anderson has retired from its board. Anderson had been serving as an independent non-executive director since December 2006, prior to which he held the role of chief executive officer.
In addition, chief operating officer Itai Frieberger has been appointed as an executive director of the operator.
“We are confident that we have an industry-leading team to continue the company’s growth for years to come,” Mattingley said.
