Merkur Gaming announced the products it will be exhibiting at the National Indian Gaming Association trade show April 10-13 in San Diego. Merkur, an associate member of NIGA, will exhibit in Booth 1515.
“Merkur Gaming Americas will bring a strong trans-Atlantic team to present a range of slot products that are innovated and produced to the very highest ‘made in Germany’ standards,” said the company in a press release.
Leading the lineup will be the unique slant-top concept Avantgarde and its latest evolution, the Avantgarde Trio, alongside the ultra-modern Merkurstar upright cabinet. The cabinets will house some of the best of Merkur Gaming’s huge game library, according to the company.
Highlights include the volatile Greek-themed Zentaurus, a five-reel, 20-line game featuring multiplying wilds and scatter awards; and Deep Sea Treasure, an underwater adventure theme in a three-reel, 30-line game.
Merkur Gaming Americas is part of Germany’s Gauselmann Group, the family-owned German gaming market leader that this year celebrates its 60th anniversary.
“Our presence as exhibitors at the NIGA trade show is one that we make with great pride but also with humility and a clear awareness that we have much to learn,” said Merkur Gaming Americas Chief Executive Charles Hiten. “Our discussions with NIGA, and particularly with its Chairman Ernest L. Stevens, Jr., have been more than encouraging, and we will come to San Diego ready to take our first steps by a process of listening, looking and learning.
“As we engage with Indian Country gaming, we will do so not just as suppliers but also as supportive partners with tribal operators. I warmly invite all NIGA attendees to come to meet us, view our product range and so start to form the relationships that will spur us on as we become a familiar name in the world of tribal government gaming.”
