Merkur Casino UK has set out details for the grand launch of its new casino in Milton Keynes in England, with the location set to open its doors on November 1.
The operator acquired the venue, located at the Xscape leisure complex, in August. It will replace the existing Casino MK, which was operated by Aspers until its closure in April.
Festivities at the newly named Merkur Casino Milton Keynes will begin at 6 p.m. local time on opening day. This will include a range of performers and experiences.
Prize giveaways will take place throughout the night, with a top prize of £10,000 ($13,345). Visitors will also be treated to several tribute acts as well as a DJ set and late-night party.
New Destination for Milton Keynes

“Whether you’re catching the big match, joining friends for drinks, or enjoying a night of gaming, this is your new destination for nights out in MK.”
Once open, Merkur Casino Milton Keynes will offer a range of services to customers. These include slot machines, table games such as roulette and blackjack, and a sports bar.
August’s acquisition marked Merkur’s second U.K. casino property after its Aberdeen site opened in 2023.
