Meruelo Gaming Names Longi COO

Meruelo Gaming has named former MGM Resorts International executive Mike Longi (l.) as executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Meruelo Gaming, owner of Reno’s Grand Sierra Resort and the Sahara Las Vegas, has named former longtime MGM Resorts International executive Mike Longi as the company’s new executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Longi previously served in a number of key senior-level positions at MGM Resorts , including senior vice president of corporate casino marketing and operations and senior vice president and chief financial officer of Bellagio Hotel & Casino, Mirage Las Vegas and Treasure Island. He first began his career with Mirage Resorts at Golden Nugget Las Vegas Hotel & Casino.
