Tom Jannarone has been named corporate general manager of Mesquite Gaming— being promoted from vice president of food and beverage. He is a veteran of 35 years in the hospitality industry and five years with Mesquite Gaming.
Mesquite Gaming is the owner of Virgin River Hotel/Casino/Bingo and the Casablanca Resort-Casino-Golf Spa.
Mesquite CEO Anthony Toti greeted Jannarone’s promotion: “Tom is a seasoned executive with more than three decades of operations and development experience in Southern Nevada.”
After joining Mesquite five years ago Jannarone helped lead the revitalization of the dining product at both properties, including restaurant remodeling and expanding the Virgin River Café. His new position will put him in charge of pending renovations and expansion.
