Global Gaming Women recently held its first event in a partnership with MGM Resorts International, when the organization joined with Ann Simmons Group to host a professional development session at Park MGM in Las Vegas. It was the first event in a talent development program for 100 MGM Resorts employees identified as women who are emerging leaders in the gaming industry.

“It was very gratifying to see the excitement of the women who were chosen and hand selected for this program, to spend time with them and to speak with them personally about their futures in the company, because it’s bright,” said Bellagio, Park MGM and NoMad CEO Ann Hoff in a statement. “These are all women who are high potential, high performing, that are the most dynamic future leaders of our organization.”

Global Gaming Women was established by the American Gaming Association in 2016 with the purpose of furthering the placement and advancement of women in the gaming industry.

Based in Las Vegas, the Ann Simmons Group specializes in human resources, training, and executive coaching.
