On the following day, the company confirmed to the Las Vegas Review-Journal that the company had increased its resort fees at varying levels, ranging from $2 to $6 increases depending on the property.

According to the company, the fee structure now looks like:

  • $37 per night at Excalibur and Luxor;

  • $45 per night at the Delano, Mandalay Bay and MGM Grand; and

Per MGM, the resort fees go towards the following amenities: e-newspaper and magazine downloads for the duration of the stay, in-room wifi access, boarding pass printing, unlimited domestic toll-free and long distance calls, fitness center access and Paramount Plus and Showtime access via in-room TV.

Additionally, MGM also amended its cancellation policy so that guests must now give 72 hours’ notice prior to arrival, instead of 48. Back in December, the company’s rates for self-parking were raised to $18 Monday through Thursday and $23 dollars for weekends.
