Mark Strawn has been named senior vice president and chief administration officer for MGM Resorts Design and Development. In his new position, Strawn will be responsible for strategic leadership and financial oversight for the company’s capital improvement projects. He also will oversee development of new experiences at MGM Resorts around the world.
Based in Las Vegas, Strawn will report directly to MGM Resorts Design and Development President Bill Ham, who commented, “We are thrilled to have Mark join our team. As MGM Resorts continues to grow, our company’s attention to process and discipline remains critical. Mark’s extensive financial expertise and deep knowledge of the hospitality and gaming industries make for a valuable addition to our talented executive team.”
Strawn earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan, where he was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Alpha Phi National Honor Societies.
