Soaring Eagle Gaming, the Saginaw Chippewa tribe’s gaming arm, recently launched its online casino and sports betting platform, Eagle Casino & Sports, in partnership with platform provider GAN. The tribe owns the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort in Mount Pleasant, Michigan.

The platform features more than 400 slot games, live dealer table games, traditional table games and sports betting. Players must be at least 21 years of age and must be located within the state boundaries to make real money wagers on casino or sports. Eagle Casino & Sports is running a promotion offering first-time registrants the choice of a risk-free sports bet up to $1,000 or a casino match deposit up to $1,500. Eagle Casino & Sports is expected to be available in the app store for Android and Apple users by the end of April.

Henry Williams, executive director at the Michigan Gaming Control Board said, “Michigan now has a full complement of 15 internet gaming and sports betting providers with the authorization of Eagle Casino and Sports. All of Michigan’s federally recognized tribes are offering internet gaming and sports betting. I congratulate the Saginaw Chippewa tribe as they expand their gaming offerings.”

Soaring Eagle Director of iGaming and Sports Betting Operations Kristina Griffus said, “The wait is finally over. Our loyal guests can continue to engage with Soaring Eagle no matter where they are in Michigan.” Melinda Coffin, chief executive officer at Soaring Eagle Gaming, said, “The Soaring Eagle team has worked diligently for quite some time to bring you the best online gaming and sports betting experience.”
