Gun Lake Casino in Wayland, Michigan recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its $100 million, 72,000-square-foot expansion. Besides expanding the gaming floor with 450 slot machines and electronic table games, new amenities include SHKODÉ Chophouse, the Pottawatomi word for fire, with a menu focused on locally sourced and freshly harvested ingredients. Its American cuisine includes flame-grilled steak and seafood, plus artisan-crafted cocktails and a thoughtfully curated wine list.
The new tap house CBK, which stands for “Craft, Bar, Kitchen,” features more than 100 quality beers offerings and farm-to-table meals.
131 Sportsbar & Lounge offers live entertainment and floor-to-ceiling LED video walls and 180° panoramic views featuring over 28 million pixels and 1,000 square feet of HD viewing surface. The venue has an outdoor patio area and features bar food and bites with a modern twist.
