Momofuku, Milk Bar Coming to Cosmopolitan

Two celebrity chefs have agreed to open new restaurants in the Cosmopolitan by the end of the year. Patrons will be able to enjoy dining at David Chang’s Momofuku or Christina Tosi’s Milk Bar and bakery, after the two chefs agreed to their first business endeavors in the Western United States.

Visitors to the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas soon will have additional dining options with the 2016 opening of Momofuku and Milk Bar at the Las Vegas resort.

Both restaurants remain in the development stage, but Cosmopolitan officials announced they signed deals to bring the restaurants to the resort and anticipate both opening by the end of the year.

The respective restaurant endeavors mark chef David Chang’s and chef Christina Tosi’s first entrepreneurial in the Western United States and are the newest additions to the resort’s dining offerings.

Chef David Chang founded Momofuku in 2004 with the opening of the Momofuku Noodle Bar. Momofuku has grown to 13 restaurants, including locations in New York City, Sydney, Toronto, Washington D.C., and Las Vegas. Momofuku restaurants are noted for their innovative cuisine, and Momofuku Ko has retained two Michelin stars for the past eight years.

The Milk Bar bakery was founded by chef and owner Christina Tosi, who is known for her innovative creations, including cereal milk ice cream, compost cookies and crack pie. Milk Bar has seven locations in New York City, Toronto, Washington D.C., and Las Vegas.
