MontBleu Upgrades Almost Complete

The MontBleu casino in Stateline, Nevada is nearing completion on a $24 million renovation that will upgrade more than 400 guest rooms and 36 suites as well as the casino floor and other amenities. The Edgewood Companies property is operated by Tropicana Entertainment.

The MontBleu casino in Stateline, Nevada, a former Caesars Entertainment property, is putting the final touches on a comprehensive million renovation.

Wifi and flat-screen TVs are being added as well as new furnishings. Bathrooms will get walk-in showers, vanities and fixtures, reported the Lake Tahoe News. Befitting its setting, the new MontBleu will have a “mountain modern” theme.

“The rooms have not been touched since the Caesars days. Some of the rooms have Caesars’ logos in them,” General Manager Steve Ditchkus told the News. The 45,000-square-foot casino floor and showroom are also getting a facelift.

Tropicana Entertainment operates the hotel-casino under a lease agreement that expires in 2028.
