More OTBs Increases Profits for Century Casinos

Century Casinos, which is based in Colorado, boosted first quarter earnings this year by opening new OTBs in Canada and by overcoming licensing delays to reopen all of its Polish casinos. The results were an impressive growth in revenue of 12.2 percent.
