NASCAR and WynnBET have formed a multi-year nationwide sports betting partnership. WynnBET is the digital gaming division of Wynn Resorts, which is launching a national sports betting business. WynnBET will be an Authorized Gaming Operator of NASCAR, and will collaborate with NASCAR to create and promote sports betting experiences for U.S, racing fans.
NASCAR Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer Tim Clark said,
“Wynn is a trusted brand and our new relationship advances NASCAR’s position in the rapidly evolving gaming space, while delivering fans with another live in-race engagement tool.”
WynnBET has submitted an application to become a legal gaming operator in Virginia. The state legislature passed a bill earlier this year to legalize sports betting and grant up to 12 online sports betting licenses by the end of the year. If Wynn’s license application is approved, WynnBET will become the official online sportsbook for Richmond Raceway and Martinsville Speedway. A WynnBET Lounge will operate at each track.
