Nevada Gold & Casinos won approval from the Nevada Gaming Commission for a nonrestricted gaming license for its recently acquired Club Fortune Casino in Henderson.
The license approval was the last major hurdle for Nevada Gold’s purchase of the Club Fortune Casino, which was scheduled to be completed on November 30, after completing routine closing requirements.
The acquisition gives Nevada Gold the Club Fortune Casino and its 35,000-square-foot building that is situated on eight acres of commercial real estate in Henderson.
The casino has seven gaming tables, a poker room, and more than 500 slot machines. It also has two bars, a restaurant, snack bar, lounge, and a gift shop.
