New Banking Options from Caesars NJ Gambling Sites

Caesars Interactive has announced some major changes to its banking options and a host of new slot and casino games on its New Jersey online gambling sites.

Caesars Interactive—which operates New Jersey gambling sites WSOP.com, Caesarscasino.com and Harrahscasino.com and is partnered with 888 Poker—has announced some major changes to its online  banking options and a host of new slot and casino games on its sites.

Online gambling in New Jersey has been hurt as several major credit card issuers have been refusing to process online gambling transactions. It’s been a case of online gambling laws moving faster on the state level than on the federal level and many banks and e-wallet companies just aren’t sure how to handle the charges.

That’s left New Jersey’s online gambling sites looking for solutions.

“It was clear we needed more payment options to meet demand and we are optimistic our new trifecta of offerings will help serve our users’ needs,” said Marco Ceccarelli, senior vice president and chief technology officer for Caesars Interactive. “We also have expanded our mobile offerings with the Android app for WSOP.com customers. We hope these new improvements will aid our existing customers and give new players an additional reason to play with us.”

Here’s a rundown of deposit solutions that Caesars Interactive has introduced, according to a press release from the company:

“Neteller – Considered an e-money or e-wallet payment option, Neteller is one of the world’s largest independent money transfer businesses. New customers can sign up for a Neteller account, and funds can be loaded onto the account from a bank account, credit or debit card or other options.

“Players can also use Neteller as a withdrawal mechanism for their funds to be returned directly to their Neteller account. The Neteller option is considered fast and efficient once an account has been established.

“Mazooma – An online banking transfer solution, Mazooma is an ideal option for those familiar with online banking who aren’t comfortable sharing their online banking or credit card information online.

“Mazooma transfers funds from your online bank account directly into the player account in real time without storing your personal information on either site. Consumers will simply click the ‘Online Banking Transfer’ option on the cashier page of our site and follow the simple instructions to deposit. This option solely functions for deposits.

“PayNearMe – This option is a cash voucher system in conjunction with 7-Eleven and Family Dollar stores, where a consumer chooses the “PayNearMe with Cash” option on our cashier screen, follows instructions to receive a unique barcode, and then takes this barcode (via paper print out or mobile device text url) to New Jersey 7-Eleven and select Family Dollar store locations and provide the amount to deposit and barcode to the store clerk.

The store clerk then processes the deposit by collecting the funds from the player and the player account is credited instantly in real time. This option solely functions for deposits.

“Other – All existing deposit options previously announced still remain, including ACH (eChecks via your banking account), credit and debit cards, and of course a direct cage deposit option at the Caesars Atlantic City cage (cash only). Withdrawal options include paper checks, ACH, Neteller and at the Caesars Atlantic City cage.”

Also, WSOP.com has added the ability for mobile users with Android devices to play poker via their smart phone or tablet via its new app. Players already had the option to play WSOP.com real money poker apps via iOS-enabled devices and of course via personal computer. Mobile Apps for CaesarsCasino.com and HarrahsCasino.com are pending review and expected to launch soon.

Caesars Interactive has also launched new slot games, different table limits for poker players and new promotions and offerings.
