Social gaming giant Zynga has appointed Matt Bromberg as chief operating officer reporting directly to CEO Frank Gibeau.
Bromberg will oversee business operations and strategy, technology, IT, data science, visual design and other areas, including Zynga’s Bangalore, India-based game studio.
He served most recently as senior vice president of strategy and operations for mobile gaming at Electronic Arts. Prior to that he was group general manager of EA’s Bioware studios worldwide.
