Angel of the Winds Casino in Arlington, Washington, has announced the appointments of a new chief people officer and chief technology officer. Stephen Heise and Allen Kreger are gaming industry veterans.

Stephen Heise and Allen Kreger have been appointed as chief people officer and chief technology officer respectively of the Angel of the Winds Casino Resort in Arlington, Washington.

Heise spent more than 16 years in human resource management and 20 years at the VP level at Desert Diamond Casino in Arizona. Before joining the gaming industry he was in hospitality as a business manager for Walt Disney World Resort.

Kreger has been in information technology for more than two decades, with positions at Oversee.Net, Caremark RX and the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians in California.
