Affinity Gaming appointed Stana Subaric as its new senior vice president of human resources.
Subaric now leads the human resources efforts for Affinity Gaming’s 3,400 employees at 11 casinos in Nevada, Missouri, Colorado, and Iowa.
“Our team members are our most important asset, and Stana’s background and insight will help us to continue to recruit and retain top level, passionate talent,” Affinity Gaming CEO Michael Silberling said. “We’re excited to welcome her to our executive team as we continue to grow.”
Subaric previously was human resources director at the Venetian and the Palazzo, which have 8,000 workers.
She also held various positions in human resources for Caesars Entertainment from 2003 to 2011.
Subaric has a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University.
