New Jersey First State to Allow Oscar Bets

New Jersey regulators have apparently sorted out some early confusion and the state’s sportsbooks can now accept bets on the Oscars. The state is the first to allow betting on the film awards. The state’s regulators originally gave the go ahead for Oscar betting, but then asked that the odds be removed for a short time before issuing final approval.
