Jodi DiLascio has been elected to the National Indian Gaming Association (NIGA) executive board.
DiLascio is formerly vice president of business development for AmericanChecked Inc. She will serve a two-year non-voting term on the board. Associate board members give a voice to organizations that do business with NIGA.
NIGA is a non-profit that has 184 Indian gaming tribal members. It works with the federal government and Congress to develop policies and practices for the Indian gaming industry.
DiLascio comes from a native-owned firm based in Oklahoma that provides background screening for businesses and has a special division for Indian gaming and Native American businesses.
