The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) recently announced that it has identified five more illegal iGaming sites to be blocked by the country’s internet service providers, bringing the total number of sites blocked to 835. The sites included in the latest roundup were Comic Play Casino, Betandplay, Play Fina, Viperspin and Just Casino. Ever since the ACMA began enforcing more stringent iGaming laws in 2017, a total of 217 illegal sites have pulled out of the market altogether.   • Gemeinsame Glücksspielbehörde der Länder (GGL), Germany’s chief regulator, has issued a €50,000 ($53,337) fine to iGaming provider Red Rhino for operating without a license. GGL also issued a fine to the payment provider that was working with Red Rhino, but the identity of the provider and the amount of the fine were both undisclosed.
