Games Global Limited, an Isle of Man-based content provider for online gaming markets worldwide, has launched a process that will lead to an initial public offering (IPO) and a listing on the New York Stock Exchange, where it will trade under the ticker symbol GGL. The company submitted a filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission last week, but has not revealed any specifics related to the timing of the IPO, or the number of shares in the offering. ● Hong Kong-listed Shin Hwa World Ltd. has announced a capital reorganization plan to raise US$39 million for Jeju Shinhwa World in Korea. Almost $13 million would go to “maintenance, renovation and upgrades,” with $9.3 million earmarked for “service enhancement, supply chain management, human resources development as well as sales and marketing.” The balance would be allotted for interest payments and working capital. ● Following its $10 million renovation and introduction of 1,500 new slots, Delaware Park Casino in Stanton, Delaware has added new slot products in the recently opened Light & Wonder lounge. The lounge features 30 machines. Delaware Park will also soon have a new Blueberi slot machine, Devil’s Lock. ●
