Hoosier Park will offer 28 tables and Indiana Grand 43, but will add more two months after the initial launch in January. • Spectacle Entertainment has been approved to move its Majestic Star casino license in Gary, Indiana to an on-land location, where it plans the $300 million Hard Rock Northern Indiana. • The World Series of Poker has announced 2020 dates. The WSOP series begins May 26 at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas Strip and runs 51 days through July 15. The $10,000 Main Event begins Wednesday, July 1. The remaining events are still awaiting regulatory approval. The full schedule is expected in the first quarter of 2020. • Macau’s new Light Rapid Transit system, which opened December 10, carried almost 69,000 passengers in its first three days of operation.
