NIGA Announces AGEM Sponsorship

The National Indian Gaming Association announced a platinum-level sponsorship from the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers for the 2017 Indian Gaming trade show. NIGA Chairman Ernie Stevens, Jr. (l.) says the relationship is strong and growing.

The National Indian Gaming Tradeshow & Convention announced a platinum-level event sponsorship from the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM). The conference and trade show returns to the San Diego Convention Center April 10-13.

“The AGEM sponsorship highlights the industry’s confirmation that this is the key meeting place for tribal gaming professionals from across the country,” said Ernie Stevens, Jr., chairman of the National Indian Gaming Association. “We are delighted to partner with this respected association, and further extend our platform of delivering emerging and innovative solutions to the tribal gaming community. A special thank-you goes out to the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers for their belief in our content and their support to assist us in creating the best experience yet.”

AGEM will support the Indian Gaming show with platinum-level sponsorship of the education program, the VIP Show floor reception, and the Wendell Chino Awards banquet.

“We are extremely honored to join the National Indian Gaming Association and the tribal nations in attendance as they celebrate their community,” said AGEM Executive Director Marcus Prater. “We are proud to represent a sector of the worldwide gaming industry that makes significant contributions to the US and global economies, and to use our resources to support the tribal communities with access to exclusive educational and networking opportunities not found anywhere else.”

“With the theme ‘184 Nations Come Together,’ the 2017 Convention & Tradeshow will unite the Indian gaming community to share ideas, celebrate self-reliance and strengthen the industry,” added Stevens. “This year’s event has been designed to be an inclusive learning and networking opportunity for every role and level of experience in the tribal gaming community across the country.”
