NIGC Announces MOU with Sycuan Institute on Tribal Gaming

The National Indian Gaming Commission has reached an agreement with the Sycuan Institute on Tribal Gaming at San Diego State University. Dr. Katherine Spilde (l.), the chairwoman of the Institute, said it the agreement creates a data collection process within the NIGC that will measure a variety of topics that will increase the effectiveness of the organization.
