Nils Andén Named Permanent Kindred CEO

The Kindred Group board has voted to approve Nils Andén (l.) as permanent chief executive officer. He has served as interim chief since last year. He brings experience working at the CVC Group, Currency Fair and Unibet.

Nils Andén Named Permanent Kindred CEO

This week Nils Andén moved from interim to permanent CEO of the Kindred Group following a vote by the board of directors. He had been interim chief executive since last May, the company said in a statement.

Kindred Group board Chairman Evert Carlsson hailed the appointment: “Nils has done an excellent job as interim CEO and is an appreciated leader with a vast knowledge of both Kindred and the online gambling industry.”

Andén was previously director of digital marketing for the CVC Group as well as positions with Currency Fair and Unibet.

He commented, “We have a great team who are working hard to deliver on a strategy that will strengthen Kindred’s position in locally regulated markets.”
