No Amendment Required For Kentucky Sports Betting
A constitutional amendment isn't required to legalize sports betting in Kentucky, says sports gaming attorney Daniel Wallach (l.). Wallach said the state constitution only bans lotteries. Committee chairman and state Rep. Adam Koenig pre-filed a bill to authorize sports wagering at racetracks, the Kentucky Motor Speedway and online.
