Novomatic Stand to Dominate ICE

Austria’s Novomatic Group will once again dominate the trade show floor at ICE Totally Gaming with a stand that will measure 4,500 square meters.

Austria’s Novomatic Group, which dominated the floor at last year’s ICE Totally Gaming trade show in London with a stand that was thought to be the largest ever for a gaming trade event, will top itself this year.

Novomatic announced that its stand this year for ICE Totally Gaming, February 4-6 at London’s ExCel Centre, will measure a remarkable 4,500 square meters, or 48,438 square feet—topping its display at the 2013 show by more than 10,000 square feet. As usual, it will be the largest display at ICE, by far.

With a new floor layout this year (ICE now uses sections of both the South and North halls of ExCel), Novomatic will take up the central south hall from its visitor entry points and along the entire depth of the hall.

The firm brings a wide range of its subsidiary companies to London. The Astra Gaming Group (Astra Games, Bell-Fruit Games, Empire Games, Gamestec and Mazooma Games) welcome visitors at the entrance, then Admiral Sportwetten, JVH exploitatie, Eurocoin, Octavian and Novomatic Gaming Spain will stand shoulder-to-shoulder alongside a dedicated online gaming area that features Greentube, iGaming2Go and the latest member of the Novomatic family, Betware and its online lottery solutions.

The main booth section features the full range of gaming innovations from Austrian Gaming Industries, including an extended roulette area, new cabinet presentations and jackpot, game and casino management as well as cash-handling system launches. One featured display will be the first showing of NBS, the Novomatic Biometric Systems.

“We are eagerly looking forward to ICE once again as this, in exhibition terms, is the absolute highlight of the year for Novomatic,” said Jens Halle, managing director of AGI. “Last year’s ICE was very much a transitional event, due to the change of both date and venue, but it still managed to deliver a great experience for us as exhibitors and, most importantly, for visitors.

“With the changes to the show’s layout for this year, we confidently expect ICE to take another major step forward and provide a spectacular stage for Novomatic to present the new innovations that I am certain will be an integral part of tomorrow’s gaming.”
