Austrian Gaming Industries GmbH, the wholly-owned manufacturing subsidiary of the Novomatic Group, has given advance notification that it will reclaim the rights to the sales and distribution of its multi-player electronic table gaming product range that are currently held by London-based TCSJohnHuxley.
AGI will fully control all international sales and distribution of its multi-player product range directly, through its subsidiary companies in some jurisdictions and via certain distribution partners in specific markets, the company said in a press release. TCSJohnHuxley will still have access to software and spare parts support, via AGI-approved local channels, for this Novomatic product range, and thus will be able to offer related services in certain designated markets.
“AGI wishes to thank TCSJohnHuxley for its long commitment to Novomatic and its market-leading multi-player product range,” said Jens Einhaus, sales director of AGI. “While circumstances now dictate that AGI will bring commercial responsibility for these products back ‘in house,’ the length of our cooperation with TCSJohnHuxley and the excellent relationship that our companies have shared have been a major factor in the success of Novomatic multi-player products around the world. AGI said it has taken steps “to ensure customers that the transition in sales, distribution and service of multi-player products will be seamless, and that it will provide the highest level of sales and after-sales service attention to any and all inquiries received on or after August 1, 2015.”
