Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City has announced an expansion to its long-running partnership with point-of-sale solutions provider Signature Systems (SSI).
Under the deal, SSI will provide the venue with a new mobile ordering experience. This will enable guests at Ocean Casino to order food and drinks from the beach using the property’s mobile app.
Customers will receive their orders without having to leave the beach. They will also have the option to use complimentary items within the Ocean app.
Ocean Casino Resort opened its doors in its current form 2018. The venue was previously known as Revel Casino Hotel before being sold and renamed under the Ocean brand.
‘Elevated Experience’ for Ocean Casino Guests
John Forelli, senior vice president and chief information officer at Ocean Casino, emphasized the benefits of the partnership. He said it will further improve the experience of guests at the property.
“At Ocean, we’re always evaluating new ways to elevate our guest experience,” Forelli said. “SSI offered us the ability to give our guests something that few locations across the country can compete with, further cementing our property as a national destination.”
John White, executive vice president and chief technology officer at SSI, added: “Our recently launched mobile ordering experience is among the most unique features available on the gaming point of sale market today.
“Ocean Casino Resort is the latest to take the plunge on this ordering experience just in time for the Jersey Shore’s busiest time of the year.”
