Olympic Entertainment Group’s Slovak subsidiaries, Olympic Casino Slovakia and Olympic F&B, have merged. According to the Tallinn-listed parent company, the merger will have no immediate direct impact on operations. The units will operate under the Olympic Casino Slovakia brand.
In addition, the assets of the newly acquired Estonian operator AS MC Casino will be merged under the Olympic Casino Este brand by the end of full-year 2016. In 2015, OEG reported revenues up 10 percent to €166 million (US$187 million) from €151 million (US$170 million) in 2014.
