OfferCraft Launches Asia Expansion

OfferCraft, one of the leading gamification companies in the casino industry, will appear at G2E Asia. The company will present the first live demonstrations of its products at the trade show in Macau May 16-18.

OfferCraft, a software company that uses artificial intelligence and gamification to help companies attract new customers, improve satisfaction, and increase employee engagement, is expanding into Asia. OfferCraft executives will be doing presentations at the Global Gaming Expo Asia (G2E) from May 16 to 18 at the Venetian Macao Resort Hotel at Stand 961.

“We’re thrilled about our Asia debut,” said OfferCraft CEO Aron Ezra. “Our software makes marketing offers and employee incentives far more likely to be used—we often improve participation rates by over 300 percent. That means our clients can spend less to earn more, driving far higher profits.”

OfferCraft’s patent-pending artificial intelligence tools allow offers, coupons and rewards to change themselves into something different if they’re initially ignored. So if an incentive fails to motivate someone, that person might see their reward or offer transform into something more tailored to their specific desires.

“The results speak for themselves,” Ezra said. “When you compare a traditional static offer to one of our OfferCraft-powered incentives that can think and evolve in hundreds of different ways, you quickly realize that it’s impossible for a conventional offer to perform as well. This is the future.”

The solution is used by casinos, hotels, media companies, energy companies, hospitals, retailers, and other groups in North America, South America, Africa and Australia. The company has won multiple top gaming industry awards over the past year from organizations like Global Gaming Business, the G&L Roundtable and others.

The company’s approach to motivating people was inspired by behavioral economics, psychology, and decision-making science.
