Ohio lawmakers have introduced legislation to permit sports betting, but two bills differ in where the revenues will go and which state agency will run the show. The House favors the state lottery, while the Senate wants the Casino Control Commission in charge. Either way, state Rep. Dave Greenspan (l.) says there is “overwhelming support” for the new industry.
