Bally’s and the Browns make a pretty good team. The digital division of Bally’s Corporation, Bally’s Interactive, partnered with the Cleveland Browns in conjunction with a revamped sportsbook app in Ohio.
Gaming tech companies White Hat Gaming and Kambi Group developed features to provide sports fans a peak experience with a range of options, including spread, money line, total bets and same-game parlays.
The deal also features a retail sportsbook in association with restaurant maven Bobby George and Ethos Hospitality, according to WKYC.
To celebrate, Bally Bet is giving every new customer who downloaded and registered the app during the opening weekend of the season a chance to win two tickets to a Browns game.
New customers are also in the running for a “Second Chance Bet” of up to $100, if their initial bet, up to $100, results in a loss.
The land-based sportsbook destination will be a reimagined concept at the 4th Street location of Harry Buffalo.
When opened, fans will have an in-person betting opportunity and a place to watch the game with other fans.
Brett Calapp, COO North America Interactive, said: “We are very proud to launch the all-new Bally Bet Sportsbook app in Ohio, a state with a coveted sports history and a legion of loyal fans.
“We are also excited to continue our partnership with the Cleveland Browns and add a new partnership with Bobby George ensuring that Browns fans receive the most enhanced and engaging sports betting experience throughout the season.”
In addition to offers of premium tickets, fans can be eligible for autographed merchandise , activations around the stadium to connect with.
Dave Jenkins, executive vice president and COO of Haslam Sports Group, said: “We’re excited to expand on our long-term partnership with Bally’s Interactive and help them launch Bally Bet in Ohio, which will provide Browns fans and sports fans across the state with unique and interactive sports betting opportunities.”
