Osage Casinos of Tulsa, Oklahoma has appointed four new general managers at locations throughout its portfolio of properties.
Jeff Bailey will be the new general manager at the Tulsa property and Travis Wilcox will move to Sand Springs. Mark Davis will be the new general manager in Hominy while Mason Shackelford will move from acting to permanent general manager at Pawhuska.
Bailey was previously Osage Casinos’ manager of planning and analysis. He has also been a casino marketing database analyst and a financial analyst. Bailey also completed the Osage Leadership Program, an extensive two-year rotation throughout all casino positions, reported IndianGaming.com.
Wilcox has more than 30 years of experience in customer service and was previously general manager in Hominy. He has worked with Osage Casinos in various roles since 2015.
Davis has worked in the gaming industry for over six years and, before being named general manager in Hominy, he was a casino marketing process analyst with Osage Casinos and has prior management experience in the healthcare industry.
Shackelford has been interim general manager in Pawhuska since March. He has previously held positions of shift manager and security officer at Osage Casinos.
