Oklahoma Tribe Amends Gaming Compact

In an emergency session at its Okmulgee, Oklahoma headquarters, the national council of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation unanimously passed a supplement to its gaming compact with the state of Oklahoma. The compact amendment allows table games including craps and roulette that utilize a wheel, ball or dice.

In April, Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin signed legislation, House Bill 3375, allowing the games.

MCN Casinos Chief Executive Officer Pat Crofts previously stated the games would be available at the tribe’s casinos this fall.

The tribe operates the Creek Nation Casino in Muscogee, Duck Creek Casino in Beggs, One Fire Casino in Okmulgee and five other casinos in northeastern Oklahoma.
