The state of Oklahoma says that it won’t oppose the Iowa Tribe from offering online gaming, according to World Casino Directory.
The state reported reviewed state and federal laws and determined that online gaming is covered by the state tribal gaming compact.
This opens the way for the Iowa tribe to begin operating Pokertribe.com, with Universal Entertainment as the provider. The games will be offered to players where online gaming is legal.
